Deepak Chopra on Secrets to Happiness

Deepak explains how technology can be used for greatness by human choice.  He is using technology to help people discover their level of happiness so they can learn what areas to work on.  Whether this tool is still available is irrelevant, because in this video he reveals the factors for happiness we can all use.

o You must enjoy a job that resonate with your passion.
o You must have at least 2 or 3 people very close to you.
o You must exercise every day.
o Get good sleep every day.
o Must be financially secure.
o Must give in their community.

There is more to it but I will leave that for Deepak to continue.  However, I thought that little piece of his explanation stood out as a great blueprint.
